Payment methods
Online payment
After we calculate and confirm your order, private customers can pay securely through our website: add products to the cart or complete checkout using the payment methods available at the time of purchase.
To pay for an existing quote, provide your order number and phone number when contacting us or at checkout if requested.
Bank transfer (legal entities)
Companies and other legal entities should send billing details to info@elamlaser.com or attach them in the request form together with product sketches. We will issue an invoice for bank transfer.
Prices and fees
All prices on the website are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment and shipping fees are listed separately before you confirm your order.
Order confirmation
A purchase agreement is concluded when we confirm your order by email. Please keep your order confirmation for future reference. You may cancel an order until it has been confirmed by us; in that case any payments made will be refunded.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We reserve the right to refuse or amend orders based on inaccurate data or payment history.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the product, subject to applicable consumer protection law. Certain sealed, custom-made, or digital products may be excluded — we will inform you when this applies.
To withdraw, contact us at info@elamlaser.com with your name, address, and order reference before the withdrawal period expires. You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated; products must be returned in good condition in original packaging where possible.
Warranty and complaints
If you receive a defective product, contact us promptly at info@elamlaser.com. Approved warranty returns are shipped at our cost. We aim to resolve approved complaints within 30 days of receipt.
General terms
By placing an order you accept our general terms and conditions. Product images on the website are for illustration; minor variations may occur. We are not liable for sold-out products or typographical errors on the site — you will always be notified before any price change affects a confirmed order.
