Founded in 2005, Elamlaser (trading as Elampolimer and Elamlaser) is a trusted partner for businesses, designers and individuals seeking premium acrylic and sheet-polymer solutions. We combine sheet supply with a custom fabrication workshop in Cabanes (Girona), Spain.
Two pillars of what we do
Sheet supply: we distribute high-quality polymer sheets made to European standards — acrylic/perspex (cast and extruded), cellular and monolithic polycarbonate, and specialty grades (anti-scratch, anti-static, optical). Wide ranges of thicknesses, formats, colours and textures, including made-to-order sheets, with delivery across Spain and Europe.
Fabrication & finishing: for more than a decade we have provided laser cutting and engraving, CNC milling, thermoforming and full finishing — from our sketches or yours. We handle industrial and private orders, from a single part or POS panel to full production runs.
What we do
- Supply: wide range of acrylic/perspex sheets and specialty materials (cast, extruded, anti-scratch, anti-static, optical grades).
- Fabrication: precision cutting, CNC routing, laser cutting, drilling, countersinking and notching.
- Forming & finishing: hot bending, vacuum forming, flame polishing, edge polishing, bonding and assembly.
- Decoration & customisation: UV or digital printing, screen printing, laser engraving, painting and protective films.
Facility and capacity
Our workshop has CNC routers, laser cutters (large beds around 2050 × 3050 mm / up to approx. 3100 × 2100 mm depending on the machine), thermoforming presses and finishing stations — from one-off prototypes to full series, with typical cutting precision in the tenths of a millimetre.
On the supply side we offer broad thickness and size ranges (thin sheet to structural panels), custom textures and colours, and logistics support for companies and workshops across Europe.
